You will navigate The EPIC Center by way of an avatar, which is an animated embodiment of your presence on the site. You’ll not just click on links and anonymously, passively index through pages of content. You’ll take on a body with some characteristics you can select to reflect your identity, mood, or whimsy. The site is visually three-dimensional, so in order to take in content and interaction, your avatar will appear to move through physical space. You will encounter height, depth, texture, objects, speed, images, sounds and other avatars as you move about. You will know your place within the realm by your avatars relationship with the things around it. Those relationships will become unique, memorable experiences that shape life. |
